Shadow Minister for Finance

Graham Bencini is a CPA, a Member of Parliament, and the Shadow Minister for Finance. He is a permanent member of two different Parliamentary Committees, as well as the President of the PN Administrative Council. He is the holder of 3 University degrees, including a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and further achieved a professional qualification with ACCA, of which he is a Fellow. He is also a member of the MIA and of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
